- Work with Customers, Partners to provide tailored solutions for their production concerns.
- Assist customers in solving practical and complex Google BigQuery issues.
- Provide Google Cloud best practices and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Use existing troubleshooting tools and techniques to establish root cause for queries and provide a customer facing root cause assessment.
- Experience and Technical Skills
- 2-4 years professional IT experience or any related industry
- Experience in coding and scripting languages such as: Python, JSON, etc.
- Experience working with any Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, or any related technical field.
- Experience on Data migration and data processing on the Google Cloud stack, with 1 or more products:
- Big Query, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud DataProc, Cloud Storage, Cloud DataPrep, Cloud PubSub, or Cloud Composer & Airflow
- Understanding of big data modelling techniques using relational and non-relational techniques
- Ability to manage others and work as part of a team, managing critical tasks and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to
- non-technical colleagues and present findings to management.
- Amenable for a full RTO setup and flexible working schedule
- Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
