Duties and Responsibilities:

Handling Disbursement Dingtalk approvals regions payable transactions.
Counter checking and approving the regionals encoding in the system
Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
Resolve accounts discrepancies by investigating documentation, payments or adjustments.
Daily monitoring of payment vouchers approved on daily basis.
To ensure complete documents were complied with regions and no double payment is to be made.
Monitor in the monthly basis the kingdee series of each region.
Guide regions on how to properly encode and request transaction. Disseminate information and updates.
Be updated with accounting and taxation trends.

Equipment Used:Desktop / laptop computerWorking Conditions:Work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, inclusive of lunch break (1 hour) and coffee breaks (15 minutes); may work for long hours, reporting during weekends and holidays may be necessary.Carry out any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the management.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:13th month salaryOvertime payPerformance bonusSummary:Generally handles disbursement, examines and reviews accuracy of bills - Statement of Accounts, invoices, purchase orders presented for payments, prepares the corresponding accounting entries and computes the applicable withholding taxes. Ensures completeness of supporting documents and bears the signature of approving officers.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
At least 2 years relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred.
Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong organization and project management skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software
