We have an exciting opportunity with a successful investment company in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles, which is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to support a small team.This is a fantastic full-time opportunity with room for growth, ideal for a polished, motivated, and dynamic candidate.Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of professional administrative experience, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. They must be highly team-oriented yet capable of working independently, maintaining composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Typical Duties: Meeting and greeting all guests, managing phone calls, providing administrative support such as calendar, expenses and travel management, filtering emails, handling correspondences, acting as a liaison and assisting with high-profile business contacts and operating advisors, maintaining CRM systems, and assisting with restocking office supplies, among other responsibilities.Typical Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm (or 8:30am - 5pm) (4 days in office and 1 day remote) -[needs to be flexible with earlier start time if a meeting includes catering prior to a 8am start time]Salary: Up to $75,000 DOE, excellent benefits, PTO and 401k
