Here are the program requirements:- Must be recommended by a KTP employee- Must be at least 16 years old- Interns may not work for or directly report to a family memberShift and Hours:1st shift, 7AM to 3PM, Monday through Friday.Key Responsibilities:· Perform packing duties including palletizing, stacking, and packing cases.· Assist with supplying packaging material for the line with the material handler or machine operator.· Complete cleaning/sanitization of work area according to established guidelines.· Maintain a safe, clean, organized production line and work area.· Assist with waste removal from line and/or plant.· Observe all safety and quality procedures while completing required duties.· Process all required paperwork accurately and timely.· Other duties as assigned by Supervision.Requirements:
Must be recommended by a KTP employee.
Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to complete daily reports and correspondences. Ability to effectively communicate to co-workers and supervisor.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractures, and decimals.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.
