- Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners and distributors within al-ternative channels (Food-Away-From-Home channel FAFH
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth within the al-ternative channels segment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to develop data-driven strategies
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure partner satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports to key stakeholders
- Manage pricing, negotiations, and contracts with partners
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management
- Experience in managing accounts and long-term relationships in the FMCG in-dustry, particularly in alternative channels
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large amounts of data
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Russian and Kazakh
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within Kazakhstan
