The role is based in Auckland with outlets across the country. With a steady stream of business they are expanding their commercial team and need a detailed and skilled Project Coordinator to join the close-knit team at head office.Key to this role is your knack for deciphering architects' plans and specifications. Familiarity with the curtain furnishing industry is a plus. Your stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for liaising with external partners and the internal team.The key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting and understanding architect plans for quotes and measurements of commercial spaces.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers and stake holders, through a range of communication channels.
- Database management and sales order processing.
- Preparing and providing accurate quotes.
- Liaising with the installation team to ensure jobs are booked and completed within set time frames.
- Previous experience working with architecture and building plans.
- Prior experience in administration or customer service in an office-based environment. You will have excellent communication skills on phone, email and in person
- Proven proficiency in MS Office, and good problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience would be highly advantageous.
- Most importantly, you will use your initiative to get the work done and can juggle a busy workload
