- Lead teacher(s) are the anchors of the classroom with regular, scheduled, and documented oversight and on-the-job classroom training support of their co-teachers, and are primarily responsible for the care of the same group of children for the majority of their day.

- Must be 18 years old.
- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma / GED
- Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills
- Model positive behavior management and engagement
- Must be ok being outside in ALL weather and ALL seasons
- Ability to walk and stand 90% of the work day, and carry/lift up to 50lbs
- Current certification in CPR/First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogens, Food Handler Card and a negative TB test or willing to obtain upon employment.
- Must be able to pass a DCYF criminal background check
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in child-care preferred / all positions are experience & education based
- Age Groups: Toddler
- Valid Driver's License | ability to occasionally operate a 15 passenger van
- Knowledge/Experience with: Potty training ; diaper changing ; standing diaper changing
- Some college preferred
