Eyecarepro, a leading provider of online services to the optometry industry, is searching for Website Administrators to join our growing global team. We have positions available in several locations, including:In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, security, and maintenance of Eyecarepro client websites. You'll work closely with Project Managers and User Engagement Strategists to ensure a positive user experience.Responsibilities:

Become an Eyecarepro Website Expert: Continuously improve upon the website health-check audit process for assigned clients.
Keep Content Fresh: Regularly update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, and create new pages as needed.
Security Champion: Implement security protocols and updates to protect client websites against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
User Access Management: Manage user access permissions and troubleshoot login/authentication issues.
Disaster Recovery Pro: Conduct regular backups of website data and implement disaster recovery plans.
Collaboration is Key: Coordinate server-level issues with IT support and collaborate with the CSU team and User Engagement Strategists to optimize SEO, site performance, and user experience.
Always Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative website solutions for Eyecarepro clients.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate degree in a related field (Web Design, Web Development, Graphic Design, WordPress Development, Digital Marketing) or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
WordPress Wizard: Proficiency in managing and maintaining client websites on WordPress, including updating content, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation.
Content Management Master: Experience in regularly updating website content, including text, images, multimedia elements, and creating new pages.
Backup and Disaster Recovery Ready: Understanding of conducting regular backups of website data and implementing disaster recovery plans.
Lifelong Learner: Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to website management to recommend innovative solutions and strategies.
Communication and Collaboration Champion: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with the CSU team, user engagement strategists, and development support to ensure website operation and implementation of necessary updates and improvements.

Bonus Points for:

CMS Versatility: Experience with additional Content Management Systems (CMS) like Drupal or Joomla.
Website Analytics Whiz: Proficiency in using website analytics tools like Google Analytics to analyze website performance and user behavior.
Problem-Solving Sherlock: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Graphic Design Guru: Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva to create and edit images for website content and marketing materials.
