UBS RecruitingYour teamYou'll be working in the Chief Data Officer (CDO) Office that leads implementation of the Data Management Policy and Framework at Wealth Management Americas. Our mission is to enable better analytics, reporting and business decisions by utilizing right data from the right source, available to the right people in the right way for the right reason. You will be working with the SMEs across business functions and technology to ensure critical data is managed according the Data Management Framework standards.Your expertiseYou have:

Proven track record of successful initiatives to standardize information, improve data accessibility and quality, and deliver business value through effective data management
Strong working knowledge of Process modeling and blueprinting, relational and dimensional modeling, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Governance tools. Working knowledge of PowerBI is highly desired.
Solid knowledge of Data Quality and Data Management practices.
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate business concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences.
5+ years of experience in the data industry with 3+ years towards delivering Data Management initiatives at large multi-business unit organizations.

Excellent communicator, with great and interpersonal skills and ability to prepare executive level presentations
Abstract-to-concrete, analytical and logical thinker.
