- Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and submit tax reports and payments as required.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee documentation.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Handle administrative tasks and provide support to the team as needed.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
