Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making processes;
Assist in variance analysis and performance reporting to assess financial performance against targets and identify key drivers of performance;
Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, trends, and opportunities, and provide financial guidance and support;
Support improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, or related roles;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends;
Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, will be considered an asset;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity;
Advanced proficiency in Excel;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
