- Assisting the bookkeeper and company director with office finances
- Helping in all aspects of running a small office including:
- Managing office supplies and sundries
- Managing suppliers and insurances
- Assisting responding to customer and client queries via phone and email.
- Experience of working for a small company assisting with their finance up to Bookkeeper level.
- Secretarial /administration skills
- A welcoming attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of customer service.
- Methodical, accurate, and the ability to think for yourself
- Sense of humour
