  • Creation, management, and optimisation of long and short form written content. Written content is a core component of our sales marketing materials, and this role is vital to helping drive engagement through compelling copy.
  • Client account engagement through email marketing and automated journeys e.g. newsletters, event invitations and announcements.
  • Organising advertising and communication campaigns through social media, advertising and PR agency management.
Digital Strategy
  • Developing and executing social media strategy and campaigns aligned with business objectives and target audiences. Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Data analytics reporting and dashboard maintenance. Utilising data, competitor analysis and engagement to drive decision making.
  • Maintaining and developing the website to reflect the wider business strategy and utilising SEO to drive/monitor engagement.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience
  • Academic Background: A 2:1 undergraduate degree is a requirement; however, we are open to the subject matter. CIM qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
  • Work Experience: Two plus years in a B2B account-based marketing role with a copywriting focus. Previous experience with content creation and analytical reporting, advising on strategic direction is essential.
  • Commercial: Working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders with a keen focus on delivery. Working knowledge of the marketplace Grayce operates in and our key target audiences.
  • Technical: CRM experience is an advantage. Knowledge of Salesforce and its applications, such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary £35,000 - 40,000 DOE
