- Has a Bachelor’s degree in sales, or a related field of study and a strong affinity for technology;
- Has a commercial background and several years of relevant work experience in an international sales position;
- Has relevant knowledge of and experience with complex capital equipment;
- Is used to working with distributors and/or in indirect sales;
- Is enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, commercial and knows how to maintain and build relationships;
- Has a high degree of flexibility and independence;
- Has a good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbal and written;
- Is willing to travel internationally on a regular basis;
- Recognizes the following personality traits: Persuasive, Customer-oriented, Listening, Driven, Initiative and Solution-oriented.
