We currently have a vacancy for a Engineering Administrator working within our Larbert HQTo provide day to day administration and organisation of Planned Preventative and Reactive engineering maintenance within the Certas Energy UK and assist with associated financial processes.As an Engineering Administrator you will have access to:

Responsibilities
  • Ownership of engineering fault desk for planned and reactive maintenance
  • Vetting, introduction and sourcing onboarding of suppliers in line with company requirements
  • Management and implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule
  • Allocate jobs to approved suppliers
  • Communication with necessary stakeholders for arrangement of necessary works
  • Use of Certas system (CODAS) for purchase order raising and goods receipt
  • Production of data reports relating to, but not limited to, jobs outstanding, supplier response times, job completion rates, job reporting timeframe
  • Financial summaries and budget monitoring reporting
  • Escalate any necessary issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for engineering administration
  • Develop and implement process efficiencies where possible
  • Maintenance / logging of engineering and property project files
  • Provide assistance to engineering and property departments as required
Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years experience in a relevant administrative role
  • Able to work on their own or as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Financial management and controls experience
  • Contractor / asset management experience preferential but not essential
  • Microsoft Office / Word / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Microsoft Outlook
