- Steer annual strategic review across the 5 business areas (market definition, segmentation, key trends, competitive positions) into NPI and other key actions
- Steer individual deep-dives on key opportunities (e.g. medical systems)
- Drive preparation of presentations for critical annual events (board, leadership conference)
- Coordinate competitive insights across the 5 business areas (market shares, key trends)
- Implement consistent NPI gate procedures, with special focus on commercialization
- Implement consistent value-base selling and pricing positioning processes
- Track individual cost reduction initiatives
- Run monthly dashboards with focus on key actions (NPI progress, cost take out progress, specific initiatives progress)
- Delivery of high-quality well-defined outcomes/presentations with significant autonomy
- Implementation of new marketing processes and getting high user compliance and usage
- Identification of new growth opportunities
- 5+ years of work experience in similar roles in an industrial or consulting environment
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering
- Fluent English language knowledge on a professional level (both written and verbal)
- Left brain skills: analytics, product management, business acumen, process management
- Right brain skills: enthusiastic go-getter and self-starter leader, able to work cross-function with sales units and factory, focused on shared success
- Ability to travel up to 10-25% of the time (international)
