The ideal candidate is adept at making data-driven decisions and has a solid history of managing thriving e-commerce businesses. Location: Scottsdale, AZ - Hybrid
Type of Position: Direct HireResponsibilities:
  • Oversee all digital marketing and commerce efforts, including SEO, paid search, retargeting, display ads, email, and affiliate marketing, Shopify, direct mail, etc.
  • Oversee all in person and event-based marketing such as conferences, pop-ups, activation events, and parties. Develop new and innovative strategies to reach consumers outside of our audience.
  • Identify and facilitate new categories and continuous development of new products. Use consumer insights to fill the product pipeline with breakthrough innovation.
  • Increase brand awareness and organic visibility through press and PR.
  • Manage P&L through detailed forecasting, budget development and oversight, revenue generation, and marketing activities in conjunction with other internal and external teams.
  • Develop and share regular performance results, including relevant KPI dashboard, ROI for marketing investments, promotions and campaigns, customer insights and sales forecasting. Tie to NPS, CPA, CAC, and LTV goals.
  • Employ a data-driven strategy to build and execute a digital testing roadmap across messaging, creative, audience, frequency, and channel mix.
  • Develop and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies based on rigorous traffic and conversion analytics /KPIs.
  • Manage email campaigns and segmentation to fully optimize this channel.
  • Work with Customer Service to ensure consumer satisfaction and to gain insights.
  • Manage promotional + advertising budgets, unique product + merchandise offerings, and our fast-growing Amazon business.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative on design and functionality enhancements for our website, store, and social media campaigns to improve conversion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
  • A proven track record of delivering online sales growth, executing digital campaigns, managing digital marketing budgets, and owning ecommerce analytics
  • Experience in PR generating visibility in the press and with media outlets
  • Expertise with SEO, Google Analytics, Amazon, Shopify, Klaviyo, CRM software, and Meta Ads
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience developing brands using primarily alternative marketing vehicles (social media; channel marketing; etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of DTC e-commerce understanding of what drives e-commerce sales and a passion for user experience
  • Growth hacking mindset: must be highly quantitative, analytical, and a technical self-starter
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics in new and competitive markets
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
