Senior Procurement Controller (m/f)

The Senior Procurement Controller will work closely with the Head of Procurement (HoP) to create the management practices that enable a high performing and effective procurement processes and will be responsible for assisting the HoP in the overall monitoring and coordination of business spend across the group across all business units globally.Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute procurement strategies, including analyzing market trends and creating effective sourcing plans
- Supplier Management: Negotiate supplier contracts, manage relationships, and monitor supplier performance.
- Master Data Management: Ensure accurate master data and purchasing parameters to align with site procurement strategies
- Transformation project management : lead major transformation project for Procurement including planning, managing stakeholder, Business Case Creation, identifying and addressing constraints (time, cost, resources), leading project teams and workstreams
- Process Improvement: Proactively seek innovative ways to enhance the procurement process
- Policy Communication: Coordinate and communicate purchasing policies and procedures to suppliers
- Quality Assurance: Manage sample check to validate quality of reporting and data and ensure that Business Unit are compliant with Group Standards
- Leadership and Advisory Role: Provide leadership and advice on complex procurement tasks
- Work closely with the HoP to align on strategic initiatives, ensuring that all initiatives are delivering consistently in an efficient and effective manner.
- Minimum of 6 years experience, with progressive responsibilities in procurement, finance or data controlling, supply chain management
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in project management with delivery responsibility
- Proven experience working within a large international enviornment, multi country/locational
- Familiarity with Ariba as procurement tool
- Understanding of operations, IFRS requirements, and local fiscal regulations
- Strong English written and oral communication.
