We're seeking a Planning Administrator to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
  • Long term resource planning / scheduling allocation of leave / scheduling of training against operational demands
  • General administration duties of leave / shift swaps / re rosters with planning and payroll systems
  • General duties to include collation of documentation for audit purposes
  • Generation of daily resource reports for all operational departments
  • Liaising with planning team and colleagues
  • Liaising with DHL site managers
  • Achievement of operational performance as defined by customer contract and KPI's
  • Achievement of financial targets
  • Achievement of personal development
  • Communicate with colleagues and agencies on a face to face basis as well as by phone and email
  • Respond to colleagues queries
  • Understanding of all operational departments KPI'S and assist to achieve through ensuring correct resource and skill set available
  • Build key relationships with internal departments
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
  • Experience in an administration role is essential
  • Confident in using MS Excel - strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Be calm, friendly and professional
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation
  • Work well within a team and as a individual
  • Good understanding of basic computer packages
Security Process to work within Aviation and Travel at DHL
  • Be able to provide 5 years address history
  • Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
  • To obtain a full airside ID
