- Building relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering a good service at all times
- Answering calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Input orders accurately into the ERP system
- Processing orders and keep customers informed about shipping dates, potential delays, and any additional information
- Generate invoices and coordinating with couriers as necessary
- Log all customer feedback, process returns efficiently and keep customers informed
- Develop an understanding of the company's products or services, staying updated on features, pricing, promotions, and policies to offer accurate information and make suitable recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with and support other teams, including sales, purchasing, and technical support, to address customer issues and contribute to enhancing overall customer care processes
- Excellent customer service skills/experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
