Our client is a Global specialist distributor with an office based in the heart of Sandbach. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a Permanent basis.Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Maintaining customer records, orders and invoices on SAP and supporting systems
  • Processing sales orders, ensuring customer requirements can be met (liaising with other departments to ensure smooth service)
  • Proactively managing customer orders from receipt to confirmation through to despatch and then to delivery and invoicing
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and internal departments.
  • Liaise with supply chain colleagues to ensure that stock and availability will allow customer orders to be fulfilled and communicate any deviations from customers’ expectations.
To be successful in the role you will have the following skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • SAP experience would be desirable.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
