- First point of contact for customer enquiries
- Maintaining customer records, orders and invoices on SAP and supporting systems
- Processing sales orders, ensuring customer requirements can be met (liaising with other departments to ensure smooth service)
- Proactively managing customer orders from receipt to confirmation through to despatch and then to delivery and invoicing
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and internal departments.
- Liaise with supply chain colleagues to ensure that stock and availability will allow customer orders to be fulfilled and communicate any deviations from customersâ expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- SAP experience would be desirable.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
