Cover Supervisor

Location: Rotherham (S66)
Salary: £95 - £115 per day
Status: ASAP

GSL Education are seeking a dynamic and proactive Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools in Rotherham (S66).Job Summary: The Cover Supervisor will be responsible for managing the classroom, ensuring students remain on task and continue their learning during the absence of their regular teacher.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes and deliver pre-set work left by the teacher.
Manage classroom behavior and ensure a constructive learning environment.
Assist students with their work by providing constructive feedback and support.
Maintain classroom resources and records.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role or strong educational background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage groups of students and enforce discipline.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
