Join Our Team as a Casual Family Hub Support Staff - Early Intervention & Prevention Service!The Early Intervention & Prevention Service is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated casual staff to join our team in supporting vibrant baby, children and family groups and programmes within the Wakefield district. An exciting opportunity to work from Wakefield’s Family Hubs supporting the teams of experienced practitioners to make a difference to families and children.As a valued team member, you will:
  • Work directly with babies, children and families to support the delivery of groups and programmes.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Prioritise the wellbeing and safety of babies, children and families by actively promoting the safeguarding agenda and promptly sharing relevant information with Line Manager/Team Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience working with babies, children and families is highly valued.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the well-being and development of babies and children.
  • Excellent, appropriate communication and interpersonal skills.
What We're Looking For:
  • Availability: Candidates need to be regularly available, especially during the daytime and school holidays.
  • Mobility: The ability to travel easily around the district is essential.
