What you'll be working onFedEx Australia is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Vehicle Ground Support & Equipment team based in Mascot, NSW. This pivotal role involves managing a diverse team, overseeing the planning and engineering functions related to vehicles, properties, and capital infrastructure.

Manage planning, maintenance, and optimization of our vehicle and ground support equipment (GSE).
Oversee contract and vendor management, ensuring all partnerships align with FedEx standards and business objectives.
Lead project management efforts across various initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
Ensure compliance with all vehicle regulations and company policies, continuously improving our systems and technology.
Play a major role in achieving the sustainability goals of the company by electrification of our fleet of vehicles and GSE.

This role is a senior management position with significant responsibilities within and potentially across countries. A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, or a related field
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing managers and large teams.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and project management skills.
