Job Purpose Build and maintain virtualized interfaces to be used in testing of banking software applications. You are extending Virtual Services solution and ensure its quality and availability. Maintain the Service Virtualization Platform and its underlying infrastructure, as well as provide 1st & 2nd level customer support. Key Activities Communicating and collaborating with users of the platform to ensure client satisfaction. Preparing target test environments. Creating and delivering virtualized interfaces. Performing tests of created endpoints Ensuring that the application documentation is complete and up to date. Assure platform availability and perform troubleshooting tasks :- Solving basic platform issues Reacting on monitoring alerts 1st & 2nd level customer support for :- Deployment of basic Virtual Services Onboarding on Service Virtualization Solution Qualifications/Skills Essential Skills Customer orientation and ownership attitude for the assigned responsibilities to deliver results in time and in line with the clients need Professional Skills (technical, methodology and business): Strong experience with Linux / Unix operating systems Knowledge in messaging systems (e.g. IBM MQ, Apache Kafka) Experience with GitOps and familiarity with tools like GIT, Ansible, Terraform Nice to have: Knowledge in scripting (python, javascript, bash, etc.) Good familiarity with relational databases Personal Skills: Good communicator, both verbally and through documentation Independent and organized working habits Good team player with high ability to work in cross-locational and international teams Critical Skills/Work Attitude Growth mindset Proactiveness, strong sense of initiative High flexibility and adaptability to fast changing environment Open to On-call duties
