- Guarantee the quality of the documentation produced and its compliance with the contractual requirements of the project in accordance with the assigned budget and program
- Prepare the Implementation Plan in collaboration with the project group (PEM and PD/PM) and with the "Head of Department", ensuring its application during its entire duration. The "Project Leader" is assisted by the "Group Leaders" for the organization of the activities for which they are responsible
- Cooperate with the PEM and the "Project Leaders" of the other disciplines, for the preparation of the project procedures, ensuring their application and maintenance in accordance with the general department guidelines, the applicable standards and the contractual constraints of the project
- Participate in the definition of the project program with the coordination of the PEM and ensuring congruence and feasibility of the parts of its specific responsibility in the project as a whole
- Ensure, under the guidance of the PEM and in collaboration with the "Project Leaders" of the other disciplines, the carrying out of the activities relating to their discipline, coordinating the various engineering centers involved in the project and guaranteeing compliance with the contract, the project programme, of the budget (both for costs and hours) and the quality of the documents
- Manage the interface with the Customer and Suppliers for all relevant topics in terms of time and costs
- Assist the PEM in identifying and applying technical solutions that optimize project costs in compliance with contractual technical requests
- Previous experience in the role of at least 3 years
- Expertise in the O&G, Energy sector
- Knowledge of SPI
- Fluent Italian is mandatory
- Knowledge of the English language
