You will be working in an expert team in Headquarter, where knowledge and insights are fully recognized. Be the backbone of talent full circle team, responsible in exploring, innovating, enabling and governing of the full Talent related topics.
  • Work together with line manager to support organizational development, talent assessment and comprehensive development system to achieve company goals of RRD.
  • Utilizes strong OD processes to assess, diagnose, design, and deliver customized solutions needed to optimize talent management and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage performance cycle and talent development initiatives, including but not limited to Talent Reviews, Succession, Continuous Performance, Leadership Development, Career, People Surveys, etc. to ensure consistent delivery of talent processes and programs.
  • Partner with internal HR team and business team to provide development tools, methods, and resources designed to foster relationship building and accelerate from initiation to productivity.
  • To support the HR initiatives or projects with good project management.
  • Take responsibility for the roll-out of competency framework, particularly in the implementation of Global Leadership Competencies. Being co-responsible for professional competency in cooperation with HRBP in terms of guiding principles, process and toolkit;
  • Lead global projects and support other regional talent development/leadership programs upon needs. Ensure key stakeholders at global and local level are well communicated and have a shared understanding of all Talent related topics;
  • Join forces with fellow team members to ensure alignment with People & Organizational Development initiatives.
  • Ensure market intelligence and competitiveness is included in the design and optimization by identifying market trends and creating new practices to retain, engage and motivate employees, with an outside-in view.

  • Bachelor degree and above with 5-8 years' experience in MNC or consulting firm.
  • Solid OD experience in designing, developing, and facilitating TM solutions;
  • Proficient in English both orally and written;
  • Solid project management and change management experience;
  • Fast learner and ability to adapt new environment quickly;
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and demonstrate resilience and strong commitment towards project and continuous process improvements;
  • Possess strengths in structured thinking, good judgment, critical thinking, demonstrate strong analytical skills, people evaluation skills, business acumen, innovative;
  • Good communication skills and comfortable to build relationships with stakeholders.
