Job Description:Wood has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Process Engineer that has previous experience of working across Feasibility Studies and FEEDs, plus EPC and PMC projects. Be a key part of the process design team on a current project with a valued client
Carry out process design work and related activities as assigned
Prepare the process deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs and Equipment Process Data Sheets
Supervise the work of others on the team as assigned in line with the project organisation
Work in partnership and assist other disciplines as required to meet project requirements
Participate in design review meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering
Minimum 7 years experience in process engineering design in the Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas sectors
Minimum Level I Professional Chemical Engineering License
A strong command of Thai and English, both spoken and written
Experience in major refining projects would be beneficial e.g. CDU / VDU / ARU / SWS
Demonstrated ability to coordinate process teams
Experience in developing H&MB, PFD's, P&ID's, MSD's and process equipment / instrument datasheets
Experience in Relief and Blowdown calculations
Strong experience in Process Simulation (HYSIS / ASPEN / PROII)
Process study experience would be beneficial
Prior HAZOP / SIL experience either as Chairman or attendee
Process control capability beneficial e.g. Process Control Philosophy, Cause and Effects
