- Collaborating with the Head of Gaming to set strategy and objectives, define the product road map and promotional offerings and then executing these objectives.
- Introducing a new gamification and CRM system to elevate the customer offering and the players user experience.
- Introducing innovate gamification tools that will ensure optimal retention and player values while give the brand a niche offering.
- Effectively direct and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that promotions, content, and the brand are promoted successfully and cost efficiently.
- Have a firm understanding of the numbers and of player values to ensure efficient cost of acquisition.
- Knowledge and experience of end-to-end Casino Operations, including but not limited to Casino, Payments, Marketing, Regulations, Affiliation, Data, and CRM
- At least 3 years' experience within the gaming industry in a product management capacity.
- An understanding of the landscape of the gaming market in Africa.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to be a significant contributor to our gaming and promotional bonus engine.
- Thorough knowledge of gaming promotional offerings available presently in the industry.
- Strong team player, who enjoys a collaborative environment.
