  • You will be an experienced primary teacher.
  • You will have experience of leading on an area of school improvement.
  • You be passionate about inclusion and meeting the needs of all children.
  • You will hold of be working towards the SENDco qualification.
  • You will motivate and inspire children and adults through innovative practice.
  • You will be positive, resilient, flexible, and work well in our happy team.
  • You will effectively lead and manage a team of staff.
  • You will share Unity’s vision and the values of the Big Life Group.
