DescriptionJoin our teamThe Consumer Base Management team is looking for a Senior Market Manager to fill a role that will allow us to drive best in class migrations from prepaid to postpaid. The successful candidate will be a key member supporting churn mitigation and acquisition growth through below-the-line marketing tactics targeting TELUS and Koodo prepaid customers. In this role, you will oversee all of the marketing work streams to support this business objective.Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish togetherYou'll be working with a cross section of teams and stakeholders across TELUS Consumer Solutions. You will be the central figure in creating the Mobility marketing strategy and gaining cross-functional alignment to ensure its success.As a natural proactive leader, you will work with multiple stakeholders and business units to drive awareness of these programs, evolving the program to meet current market dynamics while also delivering exceptional business outcomes. You will play a critical role in our base management strategy, embracing ambiguity and initiating opportunities to develop this role to its full potential.Here's how
  • Develop end-to-end strategy and implement programs that successfully entice customers to migrate from prepaid to postpaid
  • Bring that strategy directly to customers by testing new messaging, segmentation, and offers with a rigorous approach to performance management and surfacing insights for future
  • Implement the program across sales channels by working with internal channel GTM teams across Canada to drive the program forward, respond to market conditions, and set up new streams of opportunities that align with our strategic priorities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze our performance, distill insights for leaders, identify opportunities for improvement, and gain leadership buy-in to develop net new initiatives
  • Opportunity for growth by expanding portfolio to include other key strategic initiatives

  • 5+ years experience in marketing, ideally in wireless consumer businesses
  • Experience garnering buy-in from all levels of a large organization including senior leadership by leveraging your strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders that enable the successful co-creation of initiatives that yield positive outcomes to the business
  • Excellent attention to detail with an ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and programs efficiently
  • Experience using analytic tools (e.g. Tableau, DOMO, etc.) to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Extensive experience leading cross functional teams on projects or campaigns
  • Nice to have: experience managing capital projects to deliver new capabilities on time and on budget

Salary Range: $86,000-$130,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
