Plan and lead daily production activities ensuring all KPIs are metPlan production builds.Prioritising of buildsRaising of build plansPicking of stock requiredDelegating the builds to the production teamEnsuring completed build plans are complete on the ERP system and end storageEnsuring the required level of finished stock is available on the shelf.Attend production meetings with the production teamAssist on the production line where requiredEnsure any business-related objectives are communicated with the production teamEnsure that staff are always motivated through direction, coaching, and encouragement and assist in the management of a harmonious environmentTo set controls and monitor performance of the production team, acting upon any issues where necessaryTo ensure that all employees go about their jobs with a sense of urgency and the required level of professionalism, and to carry out disciplinary action where necessary with assistance from HR.Skills and experience soughtProven work experience within Production/Manufacturing industry at Team Leader/Supervisor LevelExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong team leaderPrevious use of stock management systemsKnowledge in the Microsoft Office PackageKnowledge and experience in 5S and continuous improvementPersonal QualitiesPersonable and professionalAbility to lead a teamApproachable and adaptableExcellent communication skillsBenefits25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension schemeQuarterly eventsIncentive scheme - earn up to 15% of salary in bonusSick payTo Apply please follow the application process for the site this job is advertised on or email your CV to Maria.Thorne By applying for the above position and providing your personal data to us you understand that your data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
