- Team Leadership: Establish, grow, and lead a new Trade Mark team, setting strategic direction and ensuring delivery of high-quality service
- Client Management: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with existing clients while strategically expanding the client base. A following would be advantageous, though there is a robust workflow available from the outset
- Legal Expertise: Provide expert advice on all aspects of trade mark law, including but not limited to, prosecution, opposition, enforcement, and strategic IP portfolio management
- Business Development: Collaborate with senior management on business development efforts to bolster the firm's market presence and trade mark practice growth
- Experienced Trade Mark Attorney with a proven track record of excellence in the field
- Experience in Leading Teams: Demonstrated experience in building and managing teams, with a keen ability to inspire and drive performance
- Client-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural aptitude for developing client relationships. A client following would be highly regarded, although not mandatory
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically about business growth, with a proactive approach to seizing opportunities and addressing challenges
- Adaptable and Collaborative: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve shared objectives
