  • What do you have to offer?
  • Analytically strong.
  • Able to work with our Flemish customers, so you communicate very fluently in Dutch (native speaker)
  • High level of english.
  • You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing

Which task can you expect?
  • You will be in direct contact with our Flemish customers and assist them with all their questions regarding the use of our software.
  • Build knowledge and experience within the different domains of our applications
  • Create a relationship of trust with your client contacts
  • Answer questions concerning the use of our Protime tools.
  • Advise your customers on how to optimise their Protime environment.
  • Develop an internal network and work closely with our internal customer experts (obtaining advice, delivering leads, passing on information, clarifying the needs of our customer portfolio, etc.)
  • Together, you take a critical look at the processes and take steps to optimise our customer service You share your knowledge and experience with colleagues
  • You take ownership of your role, but of course you are never alone.
