- Highly organised in planning daily logistics of arriving guests/ outgoing guests and tours
- Experience leading a team including rostering and financials
- Commitment to a high level of guest experience
- Experience with Rezdy/ Micros POS/ Microsoft Suite
- Event Planning and Coordination Skill
- Resort and hospitality industry knowledge
- Ability to effectively delegate work and manage quality outcomes
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Effective decision making and communication
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Tourism/Hospitality Management (Desirable)
- Senior First Aid Certificate (Desirable)
- Full Open Drivers license/Manual
- 4 wheel drive experience (Desirable)
