- Identify new opportunities and prepare opportunity screeners for potential applications and products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotes and negotiate offers with clients.
- Manage the invoicing process and ensure timely payment collection.
- Handle tooling purchase orders and inventory management, ensuring compliance with customer-specific rebill rules.
- Review and maintain weekly customer schedules and long-term forecasts.
- Lead discussions on sales forecasts and modifications with clients.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for changes evaluation and submission of quotes.
- Supervise modification execution, monitor purchase order arrivals, and ensure prompt invoicing and payment collection.
- Support the Start of Production (SOP) phase for new products, ensuring a smooth ramp-up.
- Address logistic issues and liaise with plants and customers to resolve them.
- Analyze production plans, quote premium freight and overtime, and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Manage customer orders for production part number changes and validate Qualified Parts Lists (QPLs).
- Support Supplier Performance Scorecard (SPS) updates and maintenance.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
- Outstanding written & verbal skills in English with strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management.
- Critical thinking and strong passion in achieving concrete results.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
