  • Design compact hydraulic products, meeting engineering standards, applicable procedures, customer specifications, and within cost constraints.
  • Produce and maintain design drawings in the computerized system.
  • Redesign standard products, improving quality and productivity, while reducing costs.
  • Participate on cross-functional teams (Engineering Lab/Sales/Application/Purchasing/Prototyping /Manufacturing/Quality).
  • Support on platform projects.
  • Support on localization.
  • Create D-FMEA for new products.
  • Follow all housekeeping procedures.
  • Comply with all quality and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in mechanical/hydraulic engineering.
  • 3 years minimum experience in associated hydraulic industry.
  • Experienced at hydraulic system/component design (product knowledge, design process, design tools).
  • Familiar with manufacturing of hydraulic products.
  • Excellent English reading, and communication skills.
  • Good teamwork and good flexibility.
  • Excellent at AutoCAD and Creo (Pro/E) or other 3D design software.
  • Excellent at MS-office software.
  • Excellent at drafting practices including geometric tolerance to read mechanical drawings.
  • Experienced at machining processes for aluminum and steel.
  • Good mindset and ownership.
  • Good problem-solving competence (with methodology) on technical problems.
  • Good self-learning competence.
