- Hold the necessary credentials for an Assistant Childcare Director in Georgia, which include the ability to pass a background check, a high school diploma or GED, relevant experience in a licensed childcare center, alongside one of the following: a CDA, a TCC in various early childhood education specialties, a TCD or any college Degree in ECE or Child Development.
