About the Role:As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Human Resources team by providing efficient and accurate administrative assistance. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to a positive employee experience.Responsibilities:· Recruitment and Onboarding:o Prepare and maintain recruitment materials like job descriptions, new hire orientation presentation, company presentationo Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics.o Support with new hire onboarding processes, including paperwork, benefits enrolment, and orientation.· Employee Relations:o Maintain employee files and records (physically and electronically).o Process payroll and benefits administration tasks accurately and efficiently (attendance, regular medical check-ups, meal vouchers).o Provide administrative support for performance management activities.o Assist with leave management and employee relations inquiries.o Create and Update employees profiles in Colorful platform· HR Administration:o Manage HR databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.o Prepare reports and presentations on HR admin activityo Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.o Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for HR team members.· Other Duties:o Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.o Stay informed about Romanian labour laws and regulations.o Maintain confidentiality and discretion for all employee information.Qualifications:· Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role for companies with over 250 employees.· Strong organizational and time management skills.· Proficient in MS Office Suite, with excellent Excel skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.· Ability to manage confidential information discreetly.· Familiarity with Romanian labour laws and regulationsBenefits:· Competitive salary, meal vouchers, health plan at Medicover, yearly performance bonuses, hybrid work schedule· Opportunity to work with a dynamic team.· Positive and collaborative work environment.· Chance to contribute to the success of a leading global brand
