3+ years of proven work experience as a Salesforce Developer and proficient in o Salesforce data modeling and metadata o Salesforce integrations with external services o Creating and maintaining Salesforce databases Experience in the development and maintenance of Salesforce systems and Force.com. Bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred. Certified Salesforce administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer is preferred. Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrations. Must be a team player. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge in JIRA. Functional knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) systems is preferred. Experience in Agile delivery/Scrum methodology. Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends and holidays as needed. Willing to be cross trained in Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft HCM.
