- Assisting in the management of Key Accounts
- Assisting in overseeing a range of projects with different companies
- Building relationships and liaising with customers
- Liaising with procurement to ensure required stock levels
- Liaising with engineers to establish work schedules, including sub-contractors
- Liaising with after-care engineers to arrange repair visits
- Liaising with technical and finance departments
- Preparing kits when required
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Responding to email enquiries
- Offering technical support when necessary
- Commissioning vehicles as required
- Providing feedback to customers
- Assisting with the retrieval of footage from DVR’s when required
- Computer literate, including a proficiency with email and MS Office
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
- Ability to act and operate independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
