- Assist in company ISO activities like quality management certification/surveillance audits, awareness programmes, process improvement, etc.
- Ensure Quality assurance compliance to the following:
- PESS: Ensure all the Customer surveys are performed optimally and accurately, and vital actions taken and closed
- NCRs: NCRs are are logged, tracked and actions taken and closed before closing the Project. Cost of Quality : Handle, track and report all
- Cost of Quality issues in projects.
- Report the above during Operations reviews.
- Support the Service teams in any warranty claims and support requests (PQIs)
- Demonstrate highly effective global collaboration with Measurement Solutions - Systems global Center of Excellence throughout the project lifecycle (kick off, project management, engineering, fabrication and supply chain teams and work processes.
- Responsible for supporting the deployment of safety tools, business systems and processes for the NA MSS engineered solutions organization.
- Ensure Emerson standards for safety are complied within our facilities and/or 3rd party facilities where NA MSS conducts business, focusing on:
- Serve as a critical partner and drive a strategic vision for EHS across NA MSS (engineered solutions)
- Align and leverage MSOL and LCS EHS strategies, initiatives, processes and systems to drive safety awareness, engagement, and incident prevention.
- Coordinate the deployment of MSS EHS programs across facilities we operate in (3rd party integrators, customer sites)
- Consistently drive safety message and behaviors required from team members to align with Emerson EHS standards
- Serve as an advisor to the NA MSS leadership team to assist in establishing vision, purpose and strategy for EHS activities.
- Proposes EHS related training programs for the organization.
- Deploys systems, tools, apps and/or any other business systems that will help measure and drive safety behaviors
- Providing assistance during incident investigation process including root cause analysis.
- Analyze the impact of safety and health compliance on proposed projects.
- Collaborate with other relevant EHS personnel in the MSOL organization
- Provide leadership, direction, coaching & development to team members as needed.
- Minimum Qualification - Diploma or Bachelor's or equivalent in electrical, instrumentation, electronic engineering or related Subject area. Other graduate with relevant core quality experience can be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in quality.
- Experience in Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Major Fabrication/Integration, EPCs and 3rd party inspection agency ( nice to have)
- Demonstrate personal commitment to safety and quality culture
- Conversant with MS office, word and PowerPoint, and data analysis etc.
- Conversant with National and International Codes / Standards related to material, NDE, Welding,
- Advanced English skills
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal or Lead auditor will be considered as an added advantage
