- Collaborate closely with Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, key users, and the wider business to understand their requirements and encourage the use of standard solutions whenever possible.
- Map As-Is and To-Be processes, carry out gap analyses, and create a Target Operating Model to drive improvements.
- Translate business requirements into technical and operational requirements for delivery teams.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across various levels, including end-users and frontline staff, to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Use techniques such as t-shirt sizing and MoSCoW to prioritize and size requirements.
- Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and acceptance criteria to measure the success of requirements and outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally with delivery teams to review requirements and identify potential solutions, including quick wins and cost-effective alternatives.
- Collaborate with the Business Process Excellence team to ensure that process design, controls, compliance, and integration points are captured and integrated into the project.
- Support the Business Change team to capture requirements and ensure that change is properly adopted and embedded within the organisation.
- Identify and address risks related to requirements gathering and constraints that could impact project outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and users throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery and successful outcomes.
- Proven experience in business analysis across a variety of projects, including technical, operational, and business-focused initiatives.
- A relevant Business Analysis qualification.
- Strong experience in capturing, documenting, and analysing requirements for both technical and business projects.
- Good understanding of controls, compliance, and process-related requirements.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to understand and balance business strategy, management needs, and user requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with process mapping and process tooling.
- Qualified in process excellence methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
