- Core focus will be to turn brand strategies into impactful creative strategies and executions across the portfolio and geographies.
- This will involve collaboration with local, global and other OU category teams across GC&M led campaigns as well as other OU led campaigns.
- You will need to master global brand architectures and standards, local human insights and media landscape (especially digital) to fuel creativity, inspire partners and maintain consistency in consumer brand experiences.
- Develop and manage agency partners, capability and process to produce increasingly effective creative strategies, content, amplification and innovation ideas.
- Continuously measure, learn and share the effectiveness of our marketing from research and data.
- Experience leading creative strategy, development and execution across established in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mongolia - with focus on FMCG businesses are preferred. Additional experience in other industries and geographies will be great.
- Experience leading and working in large multi-functional and cross-geography teams.
- Both agency-side strategic planning plus client-side brand or creative strategy experience is ideal.
- English/Chinese fluency is required to effectively operate in globally networked marketing model and to understand local insights.
