About the roleBuild and deploy Middleware Platforms and solutions around them to support technology-enabled business strategies and operations anywhere and anytime while constantly increasing agility and scalability.Role RequirementsMajor Accountabilities

Build and Deploy Middleware solutions.
Effective delivery and service operations of Middleware Platforms
Ensure best-in-class support for Middleware platform technologies across the company not only in the IT infrastructure area, but also providing services and solutions to all application teams onboarding and leveraging these technologies.
Follow established standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery. Over-see the operational health, management, security, lifecycle, and reliability.
Responsible for the 24x7 operational oversight and direction to both external technical and engineering teams.
Support and ensure compliance to defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices.

Competencies

IT Infrastructure Management
IT Service Management Practices (ITIL Foundation Certification)
Compliance, Risk Management (GxP: sound knowledge of validation practice and IT control standards
Systems Integration & Build (Dev-Ops mindset and full solution lifecycle understanding from idea to retirement)

Ideal Background
Education:
Education in Computer Science or comparable
Languages:
Fluent English written and spoken
Experience and Skills:
10+ years of experience in working with middleware and IPaaS technologies of a leading vendor in that space.
Experience with hyper converged infrastructure platforms Experience in both on-prem and cloud deployment of workloads.
Experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Experience in Service Management or Engineering of a global service portfolio in similar areas as above, across geographies and business areas.
