Administrator - Non Profit - City CentreAt Staffline Recruitment we are delighted to be working in conjunction with an important non organisation who are seeking to recruit a skilled administrator to join their close knit team based in Dublin City Centre.Reporting to the Director of Training, this position of Training Administrator requires a motivated candidate with a high attention to detail, super IT skills and strong customer service experience.This role could suit a Graduate seeking to kick start their career with a non profit / charitable organisation. Part-time hours may also be considered for the right candidate.Key responsibilities will include:
  • Provide Administrative support to Director of Training & Development
  • Preparation of all material to support efficient running of classes
  • Update policies and procedure as required
  • Process training forms into national database
  • Set up and maintain training folders for courses.
  • Archive documentation
  • Issue monthly reports on agreed criteria
  • Updating National Training Database.
  • Co-ordinate with outside registered bodies
  • Auditing review of documentation in line with policies.
  • Maintain curricula for members
  • Support all training and development in the organisation and ensure all accredited trainers carry out the planned training activities.
  • Ensure all relevant activities are closed out in a timely fashion.
  • General Administration and queries
  • Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required
Interested candidates will meet the following requirements:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Advanced computer skills, including the use of MS Office, accurate data entry and report writing
  • A confident, professional and personable individual
  • An interest in working within the non-profit / charity sector
