- Compensation Management & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation structures, including internal and external salary benchmarking and pay equity assessments. Utilize market data and internal metrics to administer and make recommendations for salary adjustments, promotions, and incentive programs, such as ESPP, LTI, STI etc.
- Job Architecture / Global Grading: Support the roll out of a global job architecture based on analytical job evaluation methodology. Evaluate global comparability, rollout strategies and technical execution in our Success Factors environment.
- Data Management and Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze P&C data related to compensation, benefits, and employee demographics. Develop reports to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders, such as senior leadership and P&C business partners.
- Compliance and Governance: Support our Legal team to stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to compensation and benefits. Ensure that all total rewards programs comply with legal requirements and internal policies, and assist with audits and regulatory filings as needed.
- Employee Communications: Collaborate with P&C and corporate communications teams to develop communication strategies and materials related to total rewards programs. Educate leaders and employees about compensation policies.
- Project Management: Lead or support special projects and initiatives related to total rewards, such as annual compensation reviews, benefits enrollment processes, and system implementations. Coordinate cross-functional teams, establish timelines, and track progress to ensure successful project completion.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in global compensation & benefits, or total rewards, preferably with a focus on global grading and/or Job Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel or other data analysis tools. Experience with compensation benchmarking surveys is mandatory.
- Experience in job evaluation and global grading - Mercer IPE experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
