Madame Sum is bringing its dumplings to the world's biggest Art fair: ART BASEL 2023. We are looking for a new superpower to join our kitchen team and participate in this exciting event with us!We will serve our dumplings at a food stand to all the guests that attend the art fair. With our small menu, we will propose two kinds of dumplings (meat or veggie) in a delicious rice bowl.For more information, feel free to look at our homepage. This is a unique working opportunity in a fantastic setting!Working hours from approx 10am to approx 6pm.Tasks
Steaming dumplings and cooking rice
Prepare the plates in a fast and efficient manner
Manage your mise-en-place so you can serve efficiently during rush hours
Communicate with the front of house to adjust the amount of portions prepared
Compliance with HACCP - Organize, clean and sanitize the refrigerator and all storage areas
Familiarize yourself with the correct use, maintenance and care of all equipment at each station.
