- Collaborating with the HRIS team to design ongoing enhancements and process improvements related to the employee life-cycle in Workday
- Managing people processes and data across Europe and new markets
- Working closely with the HR team, cross-functional teams such as IT, Finance, and Legal, and be a key player in designing and managing workflows supporting Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partner activities
- Being responsible for ensuring that employee records are accurately compiled, reviewed, analyzed, submitted, and secured in Workday and related downstream systems
- Your role will be essential in the flow of information and process necessary to recruit, hire, and on-board new employees as well as maintain employees through their employee life-cycle
- Managing core HR processes including on-boarding, off-boarding, absence management, and benefit administration.
- Being responsible for creating new starter offer documentation and for processing all HR associated on-boarding activities
- Contributing to wider projects and initiatives within the HR Operations team
- Substantial, relevant experience in HR Operations in EMEA, with a deep understanding of Swiss labor law
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook with a strong working knowledge of Workday HR modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, and on-boarding
- Business fluency in both English and German is required
- A strong customer service orientation while maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to identify critical situations and escalate action where necessary
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail and excellent time management skills
