Job DescriptionOur client is a manufacturer of exquisite free-standing bathtubs.The Key Account / Sales Manager will be responsible for the following key functions:
  • Maintaining the existing relationships, and market share and searches for new opportunities inside the assigned customer.
  • Being accountable to maintain customer expectations for long-term strategic partnership.
  • Achieving business and financial outcomes according to expectations for assigned sales region.
  • Demonstrating delivered added value through documented savings within the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Possessing basic product and service knowledge and gaining a thorough knowledge of our customer's business & their requirements.
  • Reviewing results and developing corrective actions to ensure the results are according to plan.
  • Ensuring pre-meeting plans and preparations before each end-customer and partner visit to secure efficient negotiation results.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their specifications and requirements, providing tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Preparing and presenting proposals that address customer needs effectively.
  • Coordinating and overseeing customer service activities to ensure timely delivery of services and documentation, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with customer requirements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable business plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a Sales Role, preferred consumer goods experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing external and internal customer relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in Thai, English and Chinese languages would be advantages.
